If the draft is not quite it
Take it and cut it. A draft you have argued with beats one you accepted, and the builder is scaffolding rather than a finished product. - Is this wedding vow generator free?
- Yes, entirely. There is no sign-up, no email, no paywall and no limit on how many drafts you make. Nothing you type is sent to us — the whole thing runs in your browser, which is also why there is nothing to charge for.
- Should I use AI to write my wedding vows?
- To get unstuck, yes. To produce the finished thing, no — and it shows from the second row. Anything a language model writes about your marriage is drawn from everyone else's, so it will be fluent and it will be generic. This tool works the other way round: the structure is pre-written and the one thing that has to be yours, the specific detail, is the part it asks you for.
- Will my vows sound generic if I use a builder?
- Only if you leave the personal fields blank. The lines that make a vow land are always the specific ones — the drive to the hospital, the way they talk to waiters. Put a real detail in and the draft stops being a template. Nobody in the room can tell where the scaffolding came from.
- Can I edit the vow after generating it?
- You should. Copy it out, then cut a third of it and put one of your own sentences in the middle. A draft you have argued with is always better than a draft you accepted, and this one is built to be argued with rather than used as-is.
- Is anything I type here saved?
- No. There is no account, no database and no storage of any kind — the vow exists only in the page you are looking at. Close the tab and it is gone, so copy or print it before you leave.
